Damage Deposit

- there is a $500 security deposit to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.  All or part of this deposit may be used for any damage, long distance telephone charges, excessive cleaning costs, or any other non-compliance with the rental agreement. 

Use of Cottage phone

- is limited to local calls only; all long distance charges must be charged to the renters calling card or pre-paid phone card. Any long distance charges appearing on the owner's phone bill for the cottage during your stay will be deducted from the damage deposit. 

Cottage Cleaning

- is not included with the rental.  It is the responsibility of the renter(s) to ensure that the property is left thoroughly clean and tidy.  This means that a thorough cleaning must be done by you or your party prior to departure.  Cleaning supplies are provided for you.  The cottage must be left in the condition in which it was found.  Deductions from the damage deposit will occur if the cleaning policy is not adhered to.

Smoking

- is prohibited inside of the cottage.

Pets

- no pets inside of the cottage.

Occupants

- maximum 9 persons including children and guests unless otherwise arranged

- maximum 3 vehicles

- no parties

- no loud noise after 10 p.m.

Rates* (all prices in CDN funds)

* July and August bookings are full week rentals only

July 1 to August 31:

- $1400.00 per week

September 1 to June 30:

- off-season rates available on request

- linens are an extra $75 on request
